Overview

Melantrich Apartments are brand new apartments situated on the largest Prague boulevard Vaclavske namesti Wenceslas Square, in the very heart of the historical centre. From the balcony of Melantrich House, which once was the home of a publishing company, Vaclav Havel gave his speeches which initiated the fall of the communist regime in 1989.The building has been completely renovated in 2004 and offers excellent accommodation for a pleasant stay, including a 24 h front desk and a fitness and wellness centre.
